On procedures for granting import licenses under the regime car movable assets, if cars are not eligible for importation under the regulations, citizens will have to make re-exported or imported in the form of non-commercial ( old car must pay taxes like import), while the motorcycle is done processing and re-export violations.

This Circular takes effect from the date of the next quarter.
